Well said, Andy. What needs mentioned as well this is the first offseason without McD’s long shadow over every damn thing and the early results are that Stan has FINALLY picked a lane and is in a full traditional rebuild that will give them a real shot at the #1 overall pick next yr while giving their best prospects tons of NHL ice time this yr.
What else can this be? The 30th ranked defense in shots and high danger shots allowed is now minus a decent Dman in Maata, a decent 6/7 Dman in KKK and the two goalies that stopped the team from being the Red Wings last yr are gone.
Looks like a real rebuild to me, FINALLY.October 10, 2020 at 2:44 pm #18241EddyParticipant
I am glad Bowman stuck to his offer and didn’t move from it. Crawford is one of the best goalies for the Hawks but is one concussion from ending his career. I suspect the Hawks will take another goalie. What do you think of this story https://www.nhltraderumors.me/2020/10/rumored-trade-package-from-chicago-to.html
