At 9–5–4, the surprising, young (and not so young) Chicago Blackhawks are giving fans an enjoyable season and a glimpse of a brighter future ahead. Mo

Size does matter, and there are no top six forwards currently rostered or drafted that make anyone forget Tom Wilson, Buff, Lucic, or Bickell.

Your written and spoken analyses always begin with the premise that the dumb fans have unrealistic expectations for the Hawks and you and yuz boys gonna skool da bums on whats up. Your shtick is predictable and tiresome. Most fans are enjoying this team and are not deluding themselves about their Stanley Cup chances. Perhaps you should give your audience more credit if you want to expand it. Perhaps redirect your energy toward finding a barber and getting a proper haircut

That’s your opinion, with your small bubble of “friends”. We see other behavior. Delusional fans that can’t see 5 feet in front of themselves and think this is a Stanley Cup contender. Just because you might shockingly look at things reasonably doesn’t mean that’s the general consensus. Browse the various facebook groups including the team page. Most casual fans and a disturbing amount of die-hards cannot differentiate.

So, instead of shooting the messenger, as you are here, why not refute the points laid out in the article about 5-on-5 play? Maybe you can’t. I don’t know. You’re certainly welcome to.
Even where you’re addressing the article (“no one thinks they’re winning a Cup this year”) avoids the actual point of the article. It’s really ALL about next season and the seasons after and needing to add the kind of players needed to become an elite team again. I think you realize that and you don’t want to face it or respond to it in a logical, supportable way.
I mean, dude, taking a shot at someone’s HAIR? LOL. Just makes it like you’ve got some simmering resentment.
