At this point, Saad has value still. Im a Saad apologist, but I think perhaps if you can find a contending team who has cap space, maybe he should be traded sooner than later if you want to keep his value high. Gotta sell as high as possible. I fear that if he continues to struggle to find top line playing time, his value will drop. Saad might be a healthy scratch. He was wearing the white sweater at practice, which usually means he isn’t playing.
I also read where Forsberg my be put on waivers, with Crow close to coming back.
How do you like that trade now….Panarin for Saad and Forsberg. One a healthy scratch and the other on waivers.
