									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hughes or Kakko will both be in the NHL next year. Possibly Podkolzin and Cozens and Dach maybe a year away. Those guys all have high level talent which the hawks don&#8217;t have enough of and they would come cheap.</p>
<p>It&#8217;ll take 1-2 years which is what the Hawks should be shooting for.</p>

<p>Interestingly enough, the numbers are worse under JC then Q in terms of what you would look at to predict success.</p>

<p>DeBrincat had a nice game though didnt get on the scoreboard. Kahun made an incredible pass to Kane. Kane railed in two goals. Jokiharju looks good when not saddled next to Manning who is pretty atrocious.</p>

Some guys are winners and others aren&#8217;t but for the most part they have done a good job. Based on what I&#8217;ve seen, the players who are stronger on their skates and better skaters are the ones who get shots while more plodding players don&#8217;t. </p>
