BREAKING: Blackhawks Sign Forward Dominik Kahun

As reported right here at The-Rink.com back in March, Czech born German forward Dominik Kahun has announced, via his Instagram page, that he has signed an entry level deal with the Blackhawks

The report originally surfaced from hockeyweb.de back in March that the Blackhawks had signed 22 year old Dominik Kahun to a two-year entry level deal, worth a reported $940,000 per season. Kahun is a 5’11” 170lbs center/left wing.

Kahun just wrapped up his season with EHC München of the German Deutsche Eishockey Liga league, ranking 14th in the league in scoring with 12 goals, 29 assists, and 41 points. The announcement was delayed because Kahun was finishing his playoffs, winning the championship, in the German league.

The Czech born German forward had very successful stint with the German team at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, winning a silver medal.
