REPORT: Blackhawks Sign German Forward Dominik Kahun

  

A report surfaced from hockeyweb.de this afternoon that the Blackhawks had signed 22 year old Dominik Kahun to a two-year entry level deal, worth a reported $940,000 per season.  Kahun is a 5’11” 170lbs center/left wing.

Kahun just wrapped up his season with EHC München of the German Deutsche Eishockey Liga league, ranking 14th in the league in scoring with 12 goals, 29 assists, and 41 points.

The Czech born German forward had very successful stint with the German team at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, winning a silver medal.

The signing was also reported by German websites spox.com and tz.de.

No confirmation has been made in North America. More details will follow.
