Spencer Watson and Nathan Noel Reassigned to Indy

  

The Rockford Icehogs announced that Spencer Watson and Nathan Noel have been reassigned to the Indy Fuel.

Watson signed a professional tryout contract with Rockford after scoring 20 goals and 19 assists in 33 games with the Fuel. Watson currently holds the franchise longest point streak with eight goals and 12 assists in 14 games. In his time with Rockford, Watson had no points in five games. For his career, he has appeared in 23 AHL games between the Ontario Reign and the Icehogs.

The Fuel also got Nathan Noel back from Rockford. Noel appeared in eight games after being recalled on December 20th. He recorded zero points in his appearance with the Hogs. With the Fuel this season, Noel has tallied four goals and eight assists in 24 games. The fourth-round pick from 2016 signed an entry-level contract with the Blackhawks in 2017.

The Fuel return to action on Friday against Fort Wayne Komets.
