Blackhawks Post-Game One-Timers – 10/15 San Jose Sharks

  

The Chicago Blackhawks took on the San Jose Sharks last night for game three of the 2022–23 season. After trailing by two goals after one period, the Blackhawks rallied for five goals and the victory. Last night’s victory was the Blackhawks’ first victory of the season and the first for Luke Richardson as a head coach.

— Jonathan Toews scored the first Blackhawks goal of the game and his second of the season.
— Sam Lafferty scored his first goal of the season on a shorthanded goal to tie the game at 2–2. He scored his second goal of the game less than two minutes later, again shorthanded.
— Taylor Raddysh added his first goal of the season in the third period.
— Jason Dickinson was impressive in his Blackhawks debut, registering one goal and two assists.

The Blackhawks now travel home for their home opener on Friday against the Detroit Red Wings. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CDT.
