    As far as Toews, he’s not in concussion protocol. The Hawks would not have put him on LTIR and cancelled his season, as recovery is difficult to predict, and the Hawks were not going to knock him out for the year.

    More logically is Lyme’s Disease. He vacations up in the bug and mosquito capital of the world, Winterpeg. So his exposure to Lymes, which is from a tick bite, is possible. Recovery can take a year or two, or he doesn’t play again. Any answer could be correct.
